
Works commence at Tenterden Leisure Centre in Kent
Energy installations are about to commence at Tenterden Leisure Centre on behalf of Ashford Borough Council. Leisure Energy are working with Alliance Leisure on equipment installs including air source heat pumps and photo voltaic solar panels. On completion of the project expected carbon emission savings of 320 tonnes will be equivalent to taking 168 fossil fuel cars off the road. Funding for the projects of £2.5m has been received from the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme via Salix Finance and the Council. Further detail is on the council press release.
Assistant Project Manager achieves SMSTS course
Holly Jarvis, one of our Assistant Project Managers has recently completed a Site Management Safety Training Scheme course. This certification will last for 5 years.

Solar panels being fitted at Dronfield Sports Centre, Derbyshire
On the roof at Dronfield Sports Centre we have 244 photo voltaic solar panels being put into place. Once connected they will generate electricity to help provide power to the leisure centre.
